We have a wonderful FREE Water Testing Service available to all our clients – Old and New.
Unfortunately people with no experience with swimming pools and spa pools tend to think that it is a body of water in the backyard which is a lot of fun and generally don’t think too much about what goes into looking after it.
Our Service is particularly good for people who have just purchased or have started renting a property with a pool and have never looked after one before.
WATER BALANCE
Water likes to be what we call "in balance". You will hear this term often when you are talking about swimming pool or spa pool water testing as it's a crucial part of pool care. When your pool water is balanced, it is easier for you to look after, it will be nicer, safer and healthier for you to swim in and your pumps, filters and pool surface will last a lot longer.
Clients need to bring approximately 1 cup of swimming pool or spa pool water in about once a month. There are a number of methods that we use in our swimming pool and spa pool water testing prcedures to make sure that the water is as it should be.
Swimming pool water testing can take about 10-15 minutes, and spa pool water testing can take between 5-10 minutes.
We take the time to guide you through everything you need to know about your pool water. It can seem like a lot to learn but is a very necessary part of pool ownership. We make it as easy for you as we can. It may take a few visits before you are confident but we will be right there with you making sure you get the most out of your swimming pool or spa pool water. The added bonus is that by making sure your water is balanced, you swimming pool or spa pool and equipment will last a lot longer!
